“The Man Who Died Twice” - Richard Osman

 (Thursday Murder Club book 2)

💎 Elizabeth and friends must solve several mysteries, avenge a dear friend, and locate $20 million in uncut diamonds. Suffice it to say they have their hands full. Elements of Elizabeth’s murky past make unwelcome reappearances.

💎 I love how Osman balances humor and sadness. While the overall tone is irreverent, certain aspects of life that tend to be part and parcel of aging, such as Elizabeth’s husband’s slide into dementia, or Ibrahim’s loneliness, are truly heartfelt.

💎 I’m really looking forward to the tv adaptation - especially now that the cast has been announced!
