“Death of a Prankster” - M. C. Beaton
(Macbeth book 7)
🃏It’s my fave cozy mystery set up! We’ve got a snow storm and an isolated Scottish Highlands manor. A reviled patriarch has assembled his nearest and dearest under false pretenses. There is a murder, and all the residents seem to have motive and opportunity. Whose motive was the most powerful?
🃏DOP gives major “Hercule Poirot’s Christmas” vibes. I enjoyed both; DOP is more lighthearted.
