“Christmas at the Grange” - T. E. Kinsey
(Lady Hardcastle book 3.5)
🎄It’s a snoozy mystery unlike others in the series. For fans of Lady H and Flo, this one is entirely skippable as it’s more of a detour from the main narrative. I enjoyed the details about preparations for an early 1900s English country Christmas; the food descriptions alone might make this one worth reading. It’s almost as though Kinsey came up with this concept merely as a vehicle for doing a deep dive into Victorian/Edwardian era Yuletide traditions.
